AW facades were engaged by Mount Anvil to design, supply and install Reynaers windows, doors, curtain walling and modular glazing.
Description
Located in the well-publicised regeneration area of Nine Elms, incorporating Battersea Power Station and the new American Embassy, the refurbishment of this architecturally significant former university building will create 173 apartments and penthouses.
The unique nature of the original building has allowed Mount Anvil to create larger than average apartments with high ceilings, full height glazing and stunning views across London. The gross development value of this scheme is £85m.
A total of 3,650 sq m of retail and office space is also available.
